My name is Joshua Thomas Schultz, and I am currently a 5th-grade teacher. As an educator, my goal is to incorporate technology in ways that help students reach their full potential as learners. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful environment where every student feels supported. I will serve as a guide, using my students’ interests to help shape and direct their learning experiences.

My overall goal is to combine the skills I have developed as an educator with the principles of Instructional Design and Technology (ID&T). I bring strong interpersonal communication abilities, a solid technical foundation, and a detail-oriented, organized approach—driven by a genuine passion for helping others. I am excited about the opportunity to design, support, and enhance engaging and accessible curriculum, particularly for online and hybrid learning environments.
